How I work myself

I have built my own system of AI agents that share one memory: a second brain with my notes, skills and lessons from years of work. I set the direction and the architecture. The agents search, write code in parallel and review each other's work by my rules, and every task makes the system a little smarter. I decide, and I stand behind everything that is delivered.

About me

My name is Casper Schjørring Lafrenz, and I have been building software for more than 25 years. What I still enjoy most is the moment something complicated becomes simple for the people who use it. Along the way I have worked for some of the largest companies in Denmark, among them Novo Nordisk, TDC, Logica and IBM.

  1. 1994

    Computer science and mathematics at the University of Copenhagen.

  2. 1999

    Developer and consultant, at TDC and Novo Nordisk among others.

  3. 2001

    Lead architect at TDC on a workflow system that grew into a group-wide system. Later project manager.

  4. 2005

    Project manager at IBM with a focus on outsourcing, to India among others.

  5. 2006

    Started CSL Consult. Since then a wide range of work: large, complex applications, web apps, websites and web shops, iPhone apps, databases, cloud hosting, outsourcing and much more.

  6. Today

    I develop using language models and AI agents, steered by 25 years of experience: I know what to build, how it should fit together and when it is good enough. Together that gives strong results, much faster than before.
